Nationwide Loan Processing: Hiring Contract Loan Processors that will be responsible for the documentation, management and delivery of consumer real estate loans in a virtual office environment. Qualifications include: at least 5 years of previous loan documentation experience, attention to detail, organization and accuracy, basic math aptitude, familiarity with credit terminology and/or banking, experience utilizing personal computers and general office equipment.  Responsibilities will include: preparing files for submission, copying the loan package and preparing it for delivery, keeping clients up to date on the status of all outstanding loans, review approvals and complete all processor conditions, confirm Fees, extensive follow-up and auditing on all loan packages.
