Pregnancy Diet from the Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth - This diet is inspired by research done by Dr. Tom Brewer into preventing complications of pregnancy such as toxemia, low birth weight and premature birth through the diet of the mother-to-be. Just as an aside, I really tried to follow this diet (especially getting the extra protein) while I was pregnant, and I feel like it contributed greatly to how good I felt, right up to the day my son was born.
