Aisle-by-Aisle Grocery List and Coupon Tracker

Couponing for Beginners from The Dollar Stretcher - How to save money using coupons, without driving yourself nuts or buying things you don't need.

Smart Source - It only takes a couple minutes to sign up, then pick the coupons you want and they are mailed to your house, yes, for FREE! There were 10 products available the day I signed up. I found two I liked. By doing a 2 question survey, one of the coupons was increased from 40 cents to 55 cents. Easier than going through the Sunday ads and clipping them myself.

Valupage - This service is free to you, just print out a Valupage, buy some of the selected groceries, get money back on your next grocery shopping trip. All you have to do is enter your zip code and print out the Valupage from the store you want to shop at. If you use most of the products, which by the way are mostly pretty common, useful items, you can get up to $42 off your grocery bill each month.

Custom Coupon - Pick the coupons you want and they will be mailed to you. A familiar concept, but different coupons. One of the better selection of coupons I've seen, not necessarily in number, but in variety. It doesn't cost anything, just a couple of minutes, so why not? Might just save a few bucks :)

Some grocery store websites offer special discounts and coupons if you sign-up at their site. Here are websites for some of the major chains:

Meijer

Kroger

Safeway

IGA

Albertson's

Winn-Dixie

Food Lion

Hy-Vee

A&P
